I've done quite a few cakes this spring!  All of them pretty time consuming, but worth the effort!  I'm proud to say that I've never made the same cake twice.  This was my favorite Star Wars cake with three layers of cake and sugar photo sheets.  Hope you enjoy!

I've Finally done it!

It has taken me almost 4 years to finally blog about my cake business, but I'm doing it!  Of course, I don't have the time to do this, but it's so incredibly fun, I couldn't resist!  The cake pictures will be the most fun to post for you guys.  Every now and then I will do a tutorial for you!    This chocolate Russell Stover cake was the first "real" cake I ever made for a client...my mom!  It's been "a piece of cake" ever since!
